[FR] Laurie-Anne Jaubert est une artiste numérique à la pratique hybride basée à Bruxelles depuis 2021. Elle est diplômée de l'ESA Aix-en-Provence après des études d'anthropologie et de sciences politiques. A la suite d’une résidence marquante de six mois à la Werktank Factory (BE), son projet la Lumitérale lui permet d’affirmer son attrait pour le live et pour les installations scéniques. Après des représentations performées de la Lumitérale en Europe - notamment à l'espace Ubik de WORM à Rotterdam (NL) en mai 2024, elle rejoint la Réflexive Compagnie comme scénographe et directrice technique. Laurie-Anne a participé à de nombreuses expositions collectives, dont « (UN)Common Ground » à iMAL à Bruxelles (BE), au Festival KIKK à Namur (BE) et plus récemment « Cities and Eyes » à la Fridman Gallery de New York (US).
En parallèle de ces expositions, son travail de scénographe a été présenté à la Maison de la Musique de Nanterre (FR) pour le défilé de mode Fantasmagorie, ainsi que dans le spectacle Shut Up and Smile et l'étape de travail de The Game You Play au Théâtre des Doms.
Sa pratique artistique explore l'intersection de l'art, de la technologie et de la société, en mettant l'accent sur les thèmes de la mémoire, de l'identité et de la nature éphémère de l'expérience. En intégrant divers médiums, dont la vidéo, l’animation 3D l'installation textile et la performance, Laurie-Anne crée des environnements expérientiels qui invitent le public à l'interaction et à la réflexion. Par ses divers engagements et collaborations, Laurie-Anne Jaubert cherche à contribuer au paysage changeant des arts médiatiques contemporains et plus globalement de créer une porosité entre les disciplines artistiques.

[EN] Laurie-Anne Jaubert is a digital artist with a hybrid practice, based in Brussels since 2021. She graduated from ESA Aix-en-Provence after studying anthropology and political science. Following a pivotal six-month residency at Werktank Factory (BE), her project La Lumitérale allowed her to affirm her interest in live performance and stage installations. After several performed presentations of La Lumitérale across Europe—most notably at WORM’s Ubik space in Rotterdam (NL) in May 2024—she joined Réflexive Compagnie as scenographer and technical director. Laurie-Anne has participated in numerous group exhibitions, including “(UN)Common Ground” at iMAL in Brussels (BE), the KIKK Festival in Namur (BE), and more recently “Cities and Eyes” at Fridman Gallery in New York (US).

In parallel with these exhibitions, her scenographic work has been presented at La Maison de la Musique in Nanterre (FR) for the fashion show Fantasmagorie, as well as in the performance Shut Up and Smile and the work-in-progress The Game You Play at Théâtre des Doms.

Her artistic practice explores the intersection of art, technology, and society, with a focus on themes of memory, identity, and the ephemeral nature of experience. By integrating a wide range of media—including video, 3D animation, textile installation, and performance—Laurie-Anne creates experiential environments that invite audiences to engage and reflect. Through her various commitments and collaborations, she seeks to contribute to the evolving landscape of contemporary media arts, and more broadly, to foster porosity between artistic disciplines.
